Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Brasado. If you encounter any issues with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Due to the nature of these items, the following are not eligible for returns or exchanges: All Final Sale items, and subscription items.

Our Guarantee
We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if something doesn’t work out, we gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 35 days of the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email us at orders@brasado.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we’ll assist you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. You’ll be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that a $7 handling fee will apply to all refunds.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your credit card company or bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, which can be up to 10 business days. If you’ve checked all of this and still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at returns@brasado.com.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please file a return.

Shipping
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

For international returns, postage must be paid by the customer.
